Estate Agency Update:- The safety of our staff and clients is paramount. As it stands, at present we are continuing with our day to day business during the COVID-19 outbreak. We will continue to review this on a daily basis.
We will still attend valuation appointments and continue to show viewers around properties (however, group viewings will no longer take place) but we do request that no more than two people attend a viewing appointment. Those clients who are selling with us can be included in our ‘client log-in system’ which allows you to keep up to date with activity of your property as we move forward.

We have put in additional measures to sanitise related items we come in to contact with on a daily basis ie keys. If we require paperwork/keys to be transferred we can arrange for these to be picked up rather than you attending any of our offices.

We do ask that if you are showing symptoms that you do not attend viewings and cancel valuations.
